Mismatched socks from "Fox in Socks", "Wacky Wednesday" with Wacky Hair, favorite hats like "Cat in the Hat" are just a few of the things you would have seen at Iron Springs Elementary School this week. We love to celebrate Dr Seuss's birthday with a week of fun dress ups and a Seusstacular Lunch.
On Friday pajamas and comfy clothes were worn with the PTA hosting a "Gown-Ups and Donuts" breakfast. Parents, grandparents and favorite grown ups came to school with students for donuts, milk and to listen to different books read by community members.

Sargent Snyder, Mr. Steve Burton from the District, and Mrs. Bull read to students while they enjoyed a Seusstastical lunch put on by our fantastic Lunch Ladies. Cat and the Hat made a guest appearance during our Grown up and Donuts and lunch.
"You can find magic wherever you look. Sit back and relax, all you need is a book." Dr Seuss
