Fall is in the air, and the season associated with gratitude and giving is upon us! As of late, my thoughts have centered on how grateful I am to be working in the Iron County School District. Collectively, we are doing great things, and our students are experiencing academic and personal growth as a result of that work. I have witnessed and participated in conversations and caring actions that have our students’ best interest at heart. We are speaking a common language that reflects this care and concern and shows a commitment to improve our practices. I love that our profession is one that promotes a growth mindset for not only our students, but for us as practitioners. Sometimes this dynamic can prove challenging, but the results can be gratifying and worthwhile. Thank you to all who work so hard and tirelessly for the benefit of OUR students and their families!
