Paige Affleck, a 2007 Canyon View High School Graduate, was recognized at last night's game for her outstanding athletic and academic accomplishments both at CVHS and at BYU.

Paige is finishing her master's thesis at BYU this semester and then will embark on either medical school or a professional softball career in Europe.

As a pitcher on the softball team, she finished at the Y as the all time leader in wins, innings pitched and strikeouts.  She was a second-team All-American and an academic All-American.

In her days at CVHS, she was the 3A MVP in softball and was part of the state championship softball and basketball teams. She was also an academic all-state recipient and school valedictorian. 

She is the daughter of Paul and Christel Affleck.
