Last week our fifth grade classes had the great opportunity to go to Bryce Canyon! They were able to go on amazing hikes where they were able to look at the beautiful fall foliage. The fifth graders had an amazing time, and talked about it for many days afterwards. Being able to bring our classes on field trips such as Bryce Canyon really opens up our students’ eyes to what is beyond Cedar City.

Three Peaks Elementary
Three Peaks Elementary would like to thank the district maintenance staff and the district custodial staff for all of the hard work they have done on our landscape beautification project. This Friday is Easts PTA Walk-a-thon! This is an annual PTA fundraiser where all the funds go directly to the school. This is a great opportunity for students to help fund raise for a new sounds system for our gymnasium. On Friday for one hour as a school students and teachers will walk/run laps around the school to raise money. It is an amazing opportunity every year to help support our school.

East Elementary is in full swing this week with SEP’s. It is always great to be able to meet one-on-one with our student’s parents. Being able to learn more about our students can really help how we teach them in the future. We also hope to be able to meet with every single student and parent, so we can better understand our students and be able to build better relationships with them.
